  • New Clients

         If you are a new client looking to set an appointment, please call or stop by ahead of time to set an appointment with one of our customer service representatives. This way we can get you your new client paper work prior to your visit. If you have any previous medical history, such as vaccine history or medical notes from your previous veterinarian that would be most helpful also. If you don't have them readily available, you can call them and have them emailed or faxed to us to help speed up your check in process the day of your desired appointment. We also require a deposit to hold your appointment date & time. If you need to cancel, we do require 24 hours notice of your actual appointment time for a full refund. If it is 24 hours past your appointment time, deposits are non-refundable.  We look forward to meeting you and your pets in the future!
